AOC’s Green New Deal

The Green New Deal is a framework for tackling the climate crisis and preparing the United States for the decades and millennia to come. My small team at Tandem worked with Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to successfully launch this resolution through the creation of videos, educational literature, web tools, limited edition posters, and merchandise. Our task was to demystify the complex policy and create multiple layers of engagement for Americans all across the eco-political spectrum. I managed the many moving parts of these initiatives including communications strategy, copywriting, video production, artist collaboration, and research.
