Organic Sourdough Baker
Rye Goods is an Organic Sourdough Bakery dedicated to working with local regenerative farms to bring sustainable food to the community. I joined as an assistant baker, but quickly was promoted to leading bread production, over 200 loaves, twice a week. I had the privilege to learn and create with talented teams or forward-thinking bakers, and chefs, honing the discipline of patience, the importance of listening, and the practice of decentering one’s self. I bring these lessons with me, approaching every project with a sense of respect and intentionality while always finding ways to incorporate joy.
